How do I add a job to the AI matching system?

To add a job to our AI system, navigate to the Main App Page (Job Feed) View the top section on the feed page. Fill in the required site location, dates, and required crane/operator type. Once submitted, our system will automatically match and alert the right professionals in the area.

How do I update my operator ticket categories

Go to Edit Profile and From there, you can update your credentials to ensure you remain visible for active database searches.

I forgot my login details, what should I do?

If you are logged out, use the “Lost Password” link on the login screen to reset it via email. If you are already logged in and just want to update your password, open the app’s main menu, navigate to your My Account profile area, and tap on Settings.
